The tutor has personally achieved success in her learning. She had attended her local government primary and high school. Growing up in a family that was just making ends meet, she could not afford tutoring, she did not have access to computers and the internet which were expensive and her only resources were the library. Learning through physical hard work of researching through numerous books and newspapers, she has learnt to appreciate the results of her hard work. She is proud of seeing how her children and students have improved in their learning and how they have changed their perspective to being excited in learning new things and aspiring to achieve more in their personal lives.

- Experience and Knowledge-
The Principle tutor has worked in law firms in Cabramatta, Auburn and Sydney. The clients she has assisted with in their legal matters included entrepreneurs, high wealth individuals, working class individuals, senior citizens and mums and dads.
Among the standard legal work, challenging situations she have been involved in, included assisting a foreign client with purchasing a shopping centre, clients lending money for development projects, landowners subdividing land, business owners selling their business, individuals purchasing a business, resolving strata disputes, creating leases, transferring leases, renewing leases, members of self- managed superannuation funds purchasing assets, residential leasing and tenant eviction.
Having worked in different work environments and assisting clients to resolve their problems and achieve their goals, she has seen the value of knowledge. "I have raised my 6 children to be knowledgeable people. I have taught them to make the most of opportunities, value and appreciate what they have and be the best person they are capable of being. Obtaining a good education is the best start for broadening their knowledge and achieving full potential."
Prior to opening her own practice as an employed solicitor, she did not have much time to assist her children with their studies. For over six years she continuously sent her children to various tuition centres. She noticed her children have displayed different learning abilities so a standard study program did not assist them to reach their full potential and their study success varied. "One child lacked understanding so could not do the tuition work at home, and did not feel comfortable with asking for help. This increased falling behind in class which was reflected through poor marks. One child who is enthusiastic about learning completed all tuition work quickly but the teacher did not have the ability, power or interest to provide more suitable challenging work."
"For over I2 years, I have been supplementing my children's education with my own study materials in order to fill in the gaps between the education system and the required skills and knowledge necessary for achieving exceptional marks in year 12. Teachers at school are required to teach at a level that will progress the majority of the class. Most teachers at tuition centres are restricted to teaching the work set by the centre as required by their employment conditions. The teachers cannot focus on developing any particular student's knowledge which hinders student’s ability to reach their full potential. My own study materials have assisted my children to gain entrance into Selective High Schools and achieve amongst the highest scores in their class. With continued progress ahead of their school year, my children will be in a good position to achieve excellent marks in the coming years, and so will our current students."
