During the day when students are at school or engaging in school activities, I operate my law business. Working as a lawyer enables me to utilise my knowledge to help clients through their transactions and resolve any of their difficulties. Upon completion, clients are provided with a greater understanding of their circumstances enabling them to make better decisions when managing their circumstances moving forward.
Continually working as a lawyer and being connected with the professional world of law, I am constantly aware of all the achievements, struggles, as well as the difficulties people face everyday.
Having personally achieved success, I aspire to provide guidance and inspiration to students who lack a clear direction and goal in their learning. I aim to demonstrate my achievements to show that it is possible to achieve success in any aspects of our lives, professionally and personally.
The coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated its effects on everybody, forcing everybody to reassess their own values and whether their everyday arrangements are suitable and sufficient to get them through daily requirements and safe guard them against the detrimental effects of unexpected sudden catastrophes such as the coronavirus pandemic. In these uncertain times and forced social distancing laws, we all have time to reflect on our achievements and improve on skills we did not previously have time to nurture being caught up on every day requirements of school and work.
I aim to use my life experiences to guide students towards success. I have gained life experiences from all aspects of life, being a professional lawyer; worked in different industries from industrial, hospitality, mother of six children, managing a household, Carer of little children not of school age, been through all the triumphs and hurdles of my children’s growth from a baby to year 12 being the final year of high school, a cook, a gardener, a tailor, a pretty good amateur artist, an educator and mentor. My teaching methods are not based from obtaining qualifications to be a teacher, but is based on life skills that enables achieving success. I do not doubt the great teaching methods of qualified teachers at school. I provide a different perspective on learning for students who require a different explanation for concepts taught at school which they struggle to understand, or broaden and nurture student’s understanding to help them achieve their potential. All students gain from my teachings and mentoring. In tailoring English and Mathematics programs for all my children of different ages, I aspire to offer the same learning program for students.
My teaching methods are based on proven results demonstrated in my children’s achievements academically at school and attained wider general life skills. My children are able to cook meals with the guidance of recipe instructions when they are 12 years old and by 16 years old can cook variety of gourmet dishes of exceptional quality that satisfy our taste sensations, such that there is no craving for eating out or take away instead there is the desire to learn new things.
